The Puffy Royal Hybrid Mattress is our premium model and features uniquely formulated cooling gel-infused foam to minimize heat retention. It also provides premium zoned full-body support that adapts as you move. It includes 7 layers and is 14” thick.
Yes, they are. The foams in all Puffy mattresses are both independently tested and certified for their quality. CertiPUR-US® approved foams are made without ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP flame retardants, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals, formaldehyde, and phthalates. Our mattress foams are also manufactured to have low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).

Puffy mattresses have been designed with all sleepers in mind. For reference, twin, twin-xl, and full-size mattresses can easily hold up to 350lbs. Larger mattresses, such as queen, king, and California king can hold 350 lbs per side of the mattress.
You can use Puffy mattresses on most surfaces. This includes box springs, slatted frames, platform bed frames, adjustable bases, and even the floor.
The 101-night sleep trial allows you to test any Puffy product for over three months. Not satisfied? We’ll provide a full refund, and even schedule the mattress return. Used mattresses will be donated to avoid waste.
