Amazing mattress!

We received our puffy mattress 3 weeks ago. We were having low back and shoulder and hip pains. Those are all gone. We purchased this brand because there was a trial period and free return if not satisfied. But we love our Puffy mattress and will be keeping it. I'm a side sleeper by husband a back sleeper and neither of us are experiencing anymore back pain or shoulder pain and sleep much cooler. Also our very finicky 12 lb dog actually loves it just as much. Highly recommend this for anything wanting a firm yet supportive mattress!

Best mattress I've ever slept on

Truly the best mattress I've ever slept on. The first night and every one since. I don't wake up tossing and turning, I feel rested the next morning. I used to frequently wake up with hip pain during the night, and often neck and/or back pain the next morning. I have the puffy lux mattress and their pillows. I'm a combination side and back sleeper. The bed is like a supportive hug no matter my position. And it doesn't translate motion either (when my huge dog jumps on/off). I'm so glad to have found this mattress.

Pain is gone!

I am very happy with all of our Puffy purchases. We have the Puffy bedframe, Puffy lux mattress, and Puffy soft mattress topper. We were motivated to buy a new mattress because I was suffering from leg and hip pain whenever I lay on my side, and I am almost exclusively a side sleeper. I am happy to report that now my pain is virtually gone. It did take us a little while to decide that we loved the puffy mattress. It didn't seem quite soft enough at first so I contacted customer service and they suggested we add the soft mattress topper. Now it is perfect. I definitely recommend these Puffy products. No more pain...or hot flashes!

My husband and I purchased the Puffy Royal a couple months ago based on a recommendation from family. We were hesitant to purchase a bed online without the ability to try it, but it was well worth it. I never thought a mattress could make such a difference. Our previous mattress was a firm, so switching to this hybrid was a bit of an adjustment for us. However, it didn't take long to realize this was exactly what we needed. My husband is due for hip replacement surgery, but since Puffy arrived, his hip pain has completely disappeared (which is crazy because he has a degenerative hip).
