Question 3

What does 'hybrid mattress' mean?

Accepted Answer

A hybrid mattress combines the coiled support features of a traditional innerspring mattress with the comfort of memory foam layers. Layers of contouring memory foam with pressure-supporting properties cradle muscles and joints above a layer of pocketed coils that deliver durable support. This perfect balance of comfort and support is exactly what the Puffy Lux Hybrid Mattress has been designed to deliver to all sleeper types.

Question 4

What base should a Puffy mattress have?

Accepted Answer

Your Puffy mattress works with any base, foundation, or flat surface. Whether you prefer the strong functionality of bed frames and box springs, the versatility of adjustable bases, or the coziness of floor sleeping. We offer a range of luxurious, supportive Puffy bed frames to help you sleep soundly all night long.

Question 5

What is a split head mattress?

Accepted Answer

A split head mattress has a divided head section, while the remainder of the mattress stays connected. Available in queen and king sizes, this design lets couples with split adjustable bases to elevate their head positions independently. One partner can raise their side to read or unwind while the other stays comfortably flat.

Question 6

What is the difference between a split king and a split head mattress?

Accepted Answer

A split king size uses two individual twin XL mattresses for full-body independence. A split head size mattress, on the other hand, features one unified design with a divided head, allowing independent head movement for each sleeper.

Question 7

Do you need an adjustable base for a split head mattress?

Accepted Answer

A split head mattress is compatible with any standard bed frame, base, or foundation. For full customization, we suggest pairing it with a split adjustable base. However, it offers the same comfort and support as our standard sizes even without a split adjustable base.
