My bed affects my sleep because it’s not a bed it’s a Futon that I have been sleeping on for over two years. It affects my sleep because it’s hard and has an indent in the middle from sleeping on it for so long. I wake up with aches and pains every morning and toss and turn throughout the night. I think it is time for an upgrade

I think after reading the article the light beige color of my bedroom could be affecting my sleep. What is good we are soon painting this room and I am wanting to go with a green which I saw was a nice choice. I do keep my room clean but maybe I should get rid of some decor items when I paint and remodel. I feel the top reason I do not sleep well is my current mattress. Yes it is ten yeas old but it has never been comfy and it is always hot which wakes me and my hubby up constantly!
