I had a part of the bed frame that broke and the customer service was able to provide a replacement immediately. Shipped in great condition as well. I will recommend this company for a long time. Replacement was free of charge as well and I didn’t have to ship back the damaged piece.

The Best Bed Ever!!

I bought the King Puffy mattress two years ago. Love it!! I made a mistake and did not buy the Puffy frame. Disaster! The other frame fell apart and I found myself back at the Puffy website and ordered their frame. I feel like I have a brand new bed! Love all the products Puffy offers. Puffy Full Size Bed Frame

I have been using this bed for a few weeks now and I must say, I am genuinely pleased by how much my sleep had improved since using it. Before, I had a metal frame with a basic box spring under my mattress. I realize now that there is a huge difference. I thought it would only be because of the headboard but, the overall balance of my mattress has changed! I spent a year looking for the best most sturdy bedframe that could stand alone without support and narrowed it down to this frame after talking to customer service which was really helpful. It has everything I was looking for (sturdy, soft cushion, easy to assemble, and floor slide guards for my tile floors). I do recommend this frame if you're looking for an inexpensive, long-lasting frame. If you have any questions the customer service will help you so, don't hesitate to contact them!
