We love our Puffy bed! We purchased the puffy bed a few months ago and have been sleeping so much better. My partner suffered from shoulder pain and our previous bed was only making in worse. The puffy bed has not only helped with the shoulder pain but promoted better sleep overall.
We especially like the frame that we can adjust for reading and snoring! The lights and massage feature are an added bonus. No more trying to figure out where to plug my phone in, the built in USB ports make it easy and convenient.
The puffy pillows and sheets that came with the bed are super soft and comfortable. We are going to purchase a second set soon.
I have told all of our friends and family about the puffy bed. In the future I hope to purchase puffy beds for our children and maybe even the dogs.

I had several compression fractures last year and my already bad back was now worse. I did my homework, tested more mattresses than I can remember and decided to order the Puffy Royal Hybrid king mattress along with the Puffy king adjustable frame, mattress topper (firm), weighted blanket and a Puffy bed for my dogs. I did order the bed frame, the one that goes around the adjustable frame, but will put in a separate review for that purchase.

It's been about two months and I don't have back pain. Zip. I think it's the combo of the mattress and the adjustable bed frame. Everything ordered has been great. I love that it came with two remotes. As I write this I just can't believe how comfortable my new bed is and what a great sleep I'm able to get. The first two weekends after getting the bed I just hung out on my new bed and watched TV. It's the most comfortable place in my home.

The sheets are amazing. The pillows are amazing. The topper is amazing. The mattress protector is amazing. I recently spilled a few drops of coffee on the bed. It was on the mattress protector. It didn't go through and I tossed it in the wash. It came out fine and no stain. If you are on the fence about making a purchase like I did, you need to chill and just go with Puffy. As for the dog bed, my two little dogs love the bed. They have several in the house but they are now almost always on their Puffy bed. I have the large one and they like to sleep together on it.

The Puffy people are also wonderful. I did have to call a few times about the delivery because I'm in a new build and it was a tad screwy at first (not on Puffy's part). But, the Puffy people in customer service were awesome. I am not receiving anything for this review. This review is made because this purchase was a winner.

I love this mattress. I ordered the Royal Hybrid at first, and although my husband loved it, it was a little too soft for me. It is a soft mattress, so there was nothing wrong with it. It was just not right for my sleep. I called the company and they had a donation company pick it up and refunded me very quickly. The process was so easy! I decided to order the Puffy Lux Hybrid. This is a much firmer mattress than the Royal but it's not hard. I liked it a lot but wanted it a touch softer. I called Puffy and they sent out a soft bed topper for FREE and now my mattress is absolutely PERFECT! The topper added just enough softness to make my sleep at night amazing. I also love how they give you the mattress cover, sheets and 2 pillows. Incidentally, they did not want those back when I returned the mattress and when I ordered another mattress they sent out the 3 items again. That was a complete bonus and tremendous savings! The company responds very quickly via chat as well. This company is wonderful and I have no hesitation recommending them!

I wish we would have bought this mattress sooner! It is so comfortable. I no longer have back or neck pain. My husband loves it too. I fall asleep fast and wake feeling rested.

I’ve had chronic back pain for 4 years, and chronic sciatica for almost a year. My puffy mattress cured it. For the first time in months, I don’t have a constant twinge running up and down my leg. I finally feel safe lifting heavy objects and bending over again. The Puffy Lux is a perfect combination of soft foam and support. Be careful lying down on it, because you won’t want to get back up!

We upgraded our 10 year old son from a twin to a full. And decide to get him a puffy like we have. He is very happy. The mattress does have a gross smell when you open it. You really need to air it out. But once the smell goes away. It goodnight sleep for everyone.

I have had every kind of mattress in various homes as I have moved frequently. After extensive research on “Box” mattresses, I ordered my first Puffy Lux. It is by far the most comfortable, easy to get in/out, no other side vibrations, and with great customer support mattress I have ever owned. Bought one for our son. He also loves it. I am never going back to a conventional spring mattress.

I had back surgery over two years ago. The mattress we had for only three years was killing my back. And my husband felt like he was sleeping in a hammock or a hole. We replaced it with a Puffy Lux. Puffy is supportive but like sleeping on a cloud. Support yet comfort. We love it.

We both love it! This Puffy luxury king mattress is the best gift we purchased for ourselves! With the comfort, our backs are better and sleeps thru nights!
